The crystals used in this bracelet are Blue Lace Agate, Amethyst and Fluorite. These are some of the most effective crystals for anxiety relief and have been chosen as an ideal combination to help combat anxiety in a variety of ways.

I make these bracelets of either 9 or 6 individual crystals, 3 or 2 of each crystal type, I use either 9 smaller or 6 larger crystals depending on what I have available.

Made using gold and silver plated chain to make my jewellery affordable for all. Available in your choice of either gold or silver plated chain with an extension chain and clasp to adjust the length of the bracelet for the perfect fit.

Gold and silver plated jewellery is more affordable but does require a little extra care. Please follow the tips below: - Remove when showering/washing - Don't wear whilst undertaking exercise - Avoid contact with water/sweat/perfume/body lotions - If requires cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth and dry with a cotton pad - Gently rubbing the surface of your plated jewellery using a soft cloth also helps restore its shine
