Open Boxes

What is an open box?

Our Open Box option lets you shop at during our weekly Monday night TikTok Live Sales or through our website — without paying for shipping every time you claim/order from us. It’s a simple “pay as you go” option where your items are safely held until you’re ready for your order to be shipped.

Opening Your Box

  1. When you make your first purchase that you’d like added to your open box, use the code OPEN_BOX at checkout.
    This removes the delivery charge and lets us know to keep your items here instead of sending them right away.

  2. Continue using OPEN_BOX every time you pay for your live sale claims or purchase new crystals from our website that you want added to your existing box.
    Your order will stay on hold with us until you choose to close it.

Closing Your Box

You can close your open box at any time.
When you’re ready for your items to be shipped, simply check out using the code CLOSE_BOX.


This tells us that you’re finished adding items and want your box posted.

Free Delivery at £50

Once your open box reaches £50, you automatically qualify for free delivery!
When you're ready to have your box shipped, still use the CLOSE_BOX code — the delivery fee will be removed automatically as long as your total meets the £50 minimum.

If you’re unsure whether your box has reached the £50 mark, feel free to message us and we’ll happily check for you.

A Few Things to Know

  • Keep using OPEN_BOX on each order to continue adding to your ongoing box.

  • If you want an item shipped immediately, just checkout without using any code.

  • Only use CLOSE_BOX when you're ready to have your full box sent.
